If you are not able to tension your bow anymore - at all - regardless how many times you turn the screw, you might need a replacement eyelet.
You may wait for this repair to be carried out if your schedule allows it when you bring in your bow.

The eyelet is a brass tapped ring, which is attached to the frog and makes tensioning the hairs possible. Because the eyelet is made of a softer metal than the screw pin, the inner screw thread can wear out.
This is by design as replacing the screw with the button is more expensive and the screw is considered a genuine part of the bow valued when the original is present, whereas the eyelet is considered a replaceable part of the bow.
